Please let me know if you have any consultant for this position. *Client Location:* NY *Duration:* 6 months MEDITECH EDM Experience (Client Server) MUST have experience with Physician Documentation in the ED (PDOC) *Job Responsibilities* Looking for candidates that are contract for hire (preferred but not required) Provide expert guidance for the analysis design and implementation of MEDITECH EDM module (Emergency department), specific to Physician Documentation Review customer requirements; perform analysis, design and documentation of current state and future state workflows Provide expert guidance and assistance in the design and development of system parameters and dictionaries Develop test plans and coordinate testing Maintain regular communications regarding project issues, risks, and needs with client, vendor, team leadership and team members Classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections Teach end-users new technology and enhancements Guide end-users through complex application functionality Provide second and third level support for other Meditech applications across a large healthcare enterprise Communicate with internal networking and desktop support teams Communicate with end-users for problem resolution Establish a close working relationship with the customer Analyze issues and problems reported by end-users and customers Identify and implement solutions in cooperation with other team members, Meditech, Inc., end-users and customers Implement new functionality Participate in new module implementation and upgrades Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors Demonstrate customer service skills regarding responsiveness to customer requests for support assistance, whether troubleshooting, problem solving, report development, or system enhancements and correction testing Required Skills Expert knowledge of the Meditech applications mentioned above, including successful implementation experience of this module A minimum of 3 years Meditech applications experience, including implementation, module coordination, and upgrades for large healthcare enterprises Hospital clinical operations experience with, and understanding of, clinical dictionaries and application functionality and how they impact other modules Experienced developing technical documentation and estimation of resource requirements for tasks and small projects Experience assisting with Meditech upgrades including coordination and testing Excellent verbal and written communications skills Exceptional client relationship skills Ability to travel approximately 75-100% Thanks & Regards, Madhukar Resource Manager** Vanceva Technologies, Inc Alpharetta, GA-30005 Direct: 678-799-8602 ** Fax: (866) 471-3906(Fax) Email:*[email protected]* <[email protected]> www.vancevatech.com<file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/ambica%20soni/Application%20Data/Microsoft/Signatures/www.vancevatech.com> *D**disclaimer: **We respect your on-line privacy.
