Location: *Eagan**, MN*** *Duration: Long Term* *Description:* *Global Payroll Project Manager – Standardization of global processes * *Responsibilities:* Manage global projects (standardization of earnings/deduction codes, mapping to GL, reporting) Maintain Statistics (metrics, project costs, ongoing costs, contact/provider lists) Prepare Funding Requests and Business Case Documents Create Template for Regional Managers to document issues and assist them in populating/maintaining template Create End to End Process Flow documents and Forms/Templates for global processes (international assignments, ESPP) *Requirements: * Proficiency in Excel, Access, Visio, Power Point Financial background (familiar with creating business cases and general ledger setup) Can work collaboratively with diverse groups – payroll teams, finance, HR, payroll providers *Willing to support various time zones*, conference calls and meetings can be scheduled before 7am and also after 8 pm to support the global operations. Payroll project experience a plus.
