Must Haves: - Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the design and development of large state government computer systems preferably SACWIS. - Must have 3 or more years experience working on the development of a state SACWIS system - At least one year experience leading a team of analysts and/or programmers. - Must be able to multi-task effectively and meet planned deadlines. - Must have excellent communications skills both oral and written. - Must be able to provide oral presentations to groups and to lead and facilitate meetings - Experience with SQL - PowerBuilder a plus *Description of the Position:* * * This individual should have experience supervising the coding, testing and maintenance of highly complex programs. The position requires working with subject matter experts, business analysts and developers in defining requirements and transforming them into statements of work and detailed design documents. When these documents have been approved this individual will be responsible for development and testing of the proposed solution.
