*Description:*

*POSITION REQUIREMENTS *

Must have:
- proven track record of help desk process re-engineering
- experience in process mapping
- experience with help desk/call center applications
- consulting experience with similar engagement(s) including the full range
of help desk activities, including issue capture, tracking escalation
procedures, effective client communication and reporting, development of
improvement roadmaps.
- Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills

*Nice to have:*
- experience managing a help desk/call center organization
- exposure to Infra software.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, ITIL constructs.
- Ability to bring best practice examples of components (such as client
reporting)
