Experience with *Quality** Center* (*QC*) and *Quick Test Pro* (* QTP*). 2. Experience with the *Quick Test Pro* (*QTP*) *plug-in* for *Flex*. 3. Experience testing *Adobe Flex* for *RIA* (*Rich Internet Applications*). 4. Experience testing *Java/J2EE applications*. 5. Experience in an *Agile Software Development* environment using *agile methods* (Scrum). 6. Understanding of *Object Oriented Programming* (*OOP*) *concepts*. 7. Experience with *Design Patterns* a *PLUS*. 8. Experience with *Eclipse IDE* and *Flex Builder* a *PLUS*. 9. Experience in *unit testing* with *JUNIT* a *PLUS* (*Flex Unit* a huge *PLUS*). 10. Experience with the *static analysis tool* *Find Bugs* (or similar) a *PLUS*. 11. Experience with *Emma* for *code coverage* a *PLUS*. 12. Experience development/coding experience in *Java/J2EE* or *Flex* a huge *PLUS*. 13. Ability to function independently with little oversight. 14. Excellent communication skills are a must.
