Please let me know if you have any consultant for this position. *VOD Integration Analyst* 6 months Downingtown, PA Job description: • Work with upstream Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams in the definition of a test plan, test cases, and test report within specified timelines. • Interfacing with vendors on establishing deliveries, documentation, quality and entrance criteria for products. • Good resulting documentation and metrics with goals toward reducing test intervals and improving quality. • Support peer video solutions and content testing efforts. • Work with CM and Lab Ops to ensure testbed readiness in advance of testing efforts. • Up to 10% potential travel. *Experience with * Must-have Video Ondemand Experience VOD Experience – SeaChange, Tandberg, Arris, etc.. Video Transport Technologies Backoffice Cisco/Motorola/Seachange Video Server Familiarity with the protocols which interconnect the various components of the VOD/cable system Integrations where new VOD Backoffice versions are integrated w/ VOD pumps, VOD clients and middleware components Tools - DAC/DNCS Headend experience a plus Work experience in Cable or an Engineering related field is also desirable. Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment. WinRunner/QTP, and LoadRunner, and a basic understanding of Scripting, SQL databases, C++ and/or Java programming languages is a plus.
