His idea would be to find a career Unix Admin that has extensive OAS ... but will settle for a very strong OAS person (probably will be a DBA) that has enough Unix. UCM is Universal Content Management - if they don't have this, please ask them what other types of Content Managers they have worked with in the past. This may be something they can learn. *EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS**:* · Expert with *HP-UX 11i or Solaris 10 required*. · OR Expert with *Oracle DB (9i & 10g) environment Database Administration required*. · Experience with *Oracle Application Server is required.* · Knowledge of UNIX internals. · Requires very strong troubleshooting skills · Working experience in large scale UNIX and Middleware environment. · Must have good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to effectively interface with internal IT and User personnel. · Requires good documentation skills to meet compliance requirements. · Candidate must be well versed in UNIX security, system performance, troubleshooting, clustering, and fluent in shell scripting.
