Performance calculation — performance calculation for monthly performance and the daily valuation method for daily performance measurement. Often compares plan and manager performance against a similar benchmark. Performance attribution — View/evaluate performance results by identifying the value added from allocation, selection, currency and hedging for global portfolios. Risk-adjusted returns — Provides the most common risk adjusted return figures, such as Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio and information ratio, as well as risk statistics like standard deviation, beta and tracking error. Equity characteristic — This report provides fundamental data per security or portfolio compared to a benchmark like market cap, P/E ratio, P/B ratio, dividend yield, 5-year EPS growth. *Minimum Requirements:* * * - Strong preference for candidates local to Boston area currently - 8+ years BA work – 4+ year’s current BA work in the INVESTMENT sector - Solid Investment Experience - EQUITIES Performance and Analytics experience - Solid SQL background required - Strong data analysis skills required - Strong verbal and written communication skills required - Senior level BA - Should be able to work independently *Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements.* *Description:* * * • Review discovery source materials and conduct / actively participate in discovery efforts with subject matter experts to determine business requirements. • Document discovery findings and meeting summaries organized in a clear and straightforward manner, which is not necessarily the order in which the information was communicated. • Analyze and synthesize discovery findings into draft representations of business requirements and functional requirements, which are conveyed using both words and diagrams to illustrate business and functional conceptualizations. • Facilitate conversations and meetings with team members to arrive at a consensus understanding and agreement of the business and functional requirements. • Write business and functional requirements documentation that comprehensively and clearly communicates the requirements as agreed to by the team.
