Work ~ 127.5 hours per month. Work on site in West Sacramento - *Inperson interviews only*. The consultant shall have experience working and developing application frameworks, architecture and integration. Evaluation Criteria: Experience with & knowledge of FileNet systems and modules - 50% Experience with .NET: 20% Experience in all aspects of Implementing web applications - 15% Experience in performing and documenting analysis and design for web apps - 10% Experience faciliting, leading, writing & executing test plans, scripts & Checklists - 5% Desirable that the Consultant have experience and skill with the tools, techniques, and methods listed below: Programming experience with the FileNet Pantagon version and the following listed products ******FileNet Content Services *****FileNet Image Services *****FileNet eProcess *****FileNet eForms *****IDM Desktop * . Experience constructing Workflow diagrams in collaboration with users ****Lead the interaction with users during Workflow construction **** Implement Workflows using *FileNet eProcess and eForms* . Experience with enterprise deployments in business environments of 1,000-3,000 employees . Experience with formal systems implementation best practices, i.e. System Development Life .Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML), etc. . Under general direction, formulate and define system scope and objectives . Work with customers to identify and document business requirements . Perform analysis to determine system and performance impact . Perform analysis of system requirements, workflow, and user interface specifications & code and/or configure selected system modules . Develop or modify external business specifications . Develop technical specifications, detailed test plans, test scripts, and test execution checklists . Develop design specifications for object model, security model, workflows, customizations, and development, as well as the preparation of test plans and scripts. . Conduct unit and system integration testing . Write technical design documents . Participate in quality assurance peer reviews of business requirements, business and technical specifications, test documentation, and code . Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results . Troubleshoot technical issues . May be responsible for completion of a phase of a program/project .
