Skill sets: Good Knowledge of Operating System preferably Solaris,AIX, Linux And Windows 2000 / NT. Should have strong knowledge of OS from the point of Oracle Database and Oracle Applications 11.5. Strong Knowledge in Oracle Database concepts, Database Administration like Installing Oracle, Creating and Maintaining Oracle Database, Managing Users, Objects. Must have worked on various versions of Oracle 9i, 10g. Should have handled large Databases and supported the same in production. Should have strong knowledge of Back up and recovery. Knowledge of configuring RMAN with third party tools is a plus. Should have done migration and upgrade of Databases.
