*Start Date:* ASAP *Duration:* 6+ month - with extensions *Location:* Columbia, SC *SCOPE OF PROJECT* *Summary:* Working under the direction of the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) Architecture, Design and Technology* *Lead, candidates will provide technical development services related to the design, development, testing and on-going maintenance of SAP software, which is currently being implementing across South Carolina State government. The major components of SAP included are finance, budgeting, materials management, supplier relationship management, human resources and payroll modules. The SAP Developer requested under this SOW develops and maintains application programs based upon system specifications. The position requires analyzing system change requests, providing work estimates, configuration of standard solutions, testing and training. This includes production support, system enhancements and project implementations. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* - *Experience with development on a state government level SAP HR/Payroll implementation*. - One full life cycle SAP project implementation preferred. - ABAP programming experience - ABAP development and SAP R/3 (version 4.6C or higher) workbench tools - SAP Workflow experience - Experience with SAP's NetWeaver Developer Studio, SAPscript, and RFC's is a plus - SAP ABAP Certification is a plus *Time-frame: *Positions to begin effective on or about 8/17/2009; for approximately 6 months.
