*Make sure the Consultant's skills match the requirement.* * * *Please send 90 to 100% match resumes only.* * * *REQ:1 (CODE : AP)* This is in Charlotte, long term contract. *Job Purpose/ Description:* ** * Please make submittals with a bulleted outline of the individual's experience as they relate to each requirement below. * • Siebel OLAP: Working knowledge of the Siebel Data Warehouse: Key generation, WIDS, Slowly changing dimensions, basic table sources, etc. Concrete familiarity with OLTP-to-OLAP. Proven experience with EIM Data Loads. • Siebel Data Warehousing: Multi Terabyte data warehousing experience. Understanding the design considerations for star schemas and its relationships. Understanding the concept of data rollups/aggregation, capacity planning, data standardization, slowly changing dimensions, and data security. • Informatica (version 7.5 and up) or DataStage: Multiple project experience with Informatica. Ability to communicate design considerations using this tool. Practical experience in loading data, troubleshooting mappings, tuning mappings, etc. • Teradata or Oracle Multi-terabyte data experience, demonstrates the basic ability/understanding to design data structures, performance tune data loads and ability to read/write BTEQ, PL/SQL. • UNIX: Proven experience with reading and writing Shell Scripts (ksh). Ability to navigate, edit/find files, check disk space and transfer files. Knowledge of performance monitoring tools in the UNIX environment. • Communication skills: Must have the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical users in both an oral and written manner. Must also be able to demonstrate ability to troubleshoot technology and business problems. Provide insight based on previous experience. Must work well independently and in a team environment • *Experience with TERADATA a BIG PLUS. • Experience with DataStage a BIG PLUS. * *Tasks and Responsibilities*: • Map and deploy *Informatica *mappings from various legacy source systems into Siebel • Develop and execute test and implementation plans *Plus Skills/Experience include*: • *Siebel EIM*: Ability to create and modify Siebel EIM IFB files. Knowledge of mapping EIM tables to Siebel base tables. Ability to troubleshoot EIM loads. Knowledge of Siebel visibility and list of value design considerations. • Operating Systems: Unix AIX 5.1/5.2, Windows 2K, MVS/OS 390, AS400.
