The ideal candidate will have worked on corporate sites in the past. *Qualifications:* Senior HTML Developer Work as a senior HTML developer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment building and maintaining public web sites. Responsible for transforming design mock-ups to W3C standards compliant HTML pages using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, PhotoShop, and Dreamweaver. Using Photoshop files, provide pixel-perfect HTML representations of original designs across all major browsers. Work on several projects simultaneously without deviating from tight deadlines. *Responsibilities:* Required Skills: Expert level XHTML and CSS skills. Advanced level experience with JavaScript. Familiarity with Flash a plus. Experience with JSP coding. Experience with Struts a plus. Ability to hand-code, analyze, debug, and deliver clean, validated, maintainable, cross-browser compatible code. Ability to take mockups and create web pages that exactly meet the design specifications. Use of Dreamweaver coding environment. Use of PhotoShop for mockups and image slicing. Experience using a version control system (example: Subversion, ClearCase, PVCS, etc.) Proactive in asking questions to clarify coding requirements and not hold up the project. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Extremely detail-oriented. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to work well under pressure.
