Candidates must be very senior with Crystal Reports. Medical experience would be a HUGE plus. Start date is immediate. Location is Lexington, MA *Crystal** Reports Developer* The Crystal Reports developer should have the ability to work independently with minimum support & handholding. Should be able to design and create reports based on technical specifications provided. The developer should be able to work with a team and should be able to meet deadlines and schedules. The developer should have the ability to map data between the application and the SQL Server database. The developer will adhere to best practices in terms of coding standards etc. The developer will be committed to quality. Should have a "can do attitude". *Qualifications and Skills:* 3+ years of solid crystal reports and at least 2 years of crystal reports 10 and 11 experience. Should be comfortable in creating formulas, pick lists, grouping data and conditional formatting formulas. Should be able to create Detail, Summary and Sub reports. Strong SQL knowledge and should be able to write custom SQL extensively. Should be able to write complex stored procedures. Should have worked with SQL Server database or should have worked with any relational database. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
