Two years troubleshooting experience and Desktop support exp
Good Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Good Knowledge of MS office suite
2. Network and Security
Windows Active directory administration
Unix/Linux exp
Cisco ( Routers, switches firewall etc)
Oracle Database admin exp
3. Telecommunication
VOIP
4. Lotus Notes and email support exp
5. ITIL
