Position 1: *Peoplesoft Purchasing Consultant***

Location: *Albany** NY***

Duration: *Long Term*

Rate:* $45/hr all inclusive on C2C*



*DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS*:

   - What type of work will be done, in what work environment and what tasks
   will be performed?
   - Support the Team Lead in meeting the business objectives for their
   functional area
   - Knowledge of the creation of requisitions, purchase orders, change
   orders and dispatching processes in PeopleSoft.
   - Performed configuration and testing of PeopleSoft end-to-end
   procurement processes
   - Work with appropriate stakeholders
   - Execute status  and report results to the team lead
   - Understand and adhere to  scope for applicable functional area
   - Follow work plans
   - Ability to work across functional and technical teams
   - Participate in the resolution of problems, concerns and issues on an as
   needed basis
   - Promote integration of business process design across the functional
   teams
   - Assess project risks
   - Candidates will be member of a larger implementation team responsible
   for the design, configuration, unit testing and implementation of PeopleSoft
   v9.0
   - Public Sector experience desired – State, Federal, Local government

As the *Peoplesoft Purchasing Consultant* you should have:

   - Five years business experience in the procurement area
   - Participated in more than one, but at least one full life-cycle
   implementation of Peoplesoft Procurement.
   - Good communication skills
   - Some troubleshooting skills
   - Experience developing and conducting workshops
   - Experience writing development specifications



Position 2: *Peoplesoft Projects Consultant***

Location: *Albany** NY***

Duration: *Long Term*

Rate:* $45/hr all inclusive on C2C*



 *DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS*:

   - Responsible for providing PeopleSoft knowledge to requirements/design
   workshop in the Projects Module
   - Run requirements/design workshops capturing end-to-end business process
   and the potential use of the Projects fields.
   - Execute project tasks according to the project plan schedule
   - Provide functional expertise to the State of New York to help develop
   business requirements definition
   - Work with New York State counterparts so they take over configuration
   activities i.e. knowledge transfer

*Required skills: *

   - Must have 8 years business experience
   - Must have completed one full PeopleSoft Project Life-cycle
   implementation of Projects
   - 5 Years total PeopleSoft Experience.
   - Excellent communication skills: oral, written, etc.
   - Knowledge of accounting and in particular project accounting related to
   the PeopleSoft Project Module



Position 3: *Peoplesoft Communications Consultant***

Location: *Albany** NY***

Duration: *Long Term*

Rate:* $45/hr all inclusive on C2C*



*DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS*:

   - Work with the NYFMS internal customers and end users to define and
   review all training communication, performance support and NYFMS design
   requirements, goals and strategies.
   - Work with the Change Management Lead and NYFMS Project leadership and
   key stakeholders to determine which messages to communicate.
   - Define a detailed NYFMS PeopleSoft Financials Project Communications
   plan to effectively disseminate key messages.
   - Plan and execute communication events and processes.
   - Continually align key messages with the changing business context.
   - Collect and follow up on any communications feedback coming form a
   centralized point of contact (e.g. a project email box)
   - Ensure that the NYFMS Financial organization has the necessary
   infrastructure to support the strategies on an ongoing basis.
   - Work with the existing organization to transition people to the new
   organization structure.



*Required skills: *

As the *Communications Consultant* you should have:

   - Ability to develop an Organization Design including roles &
   responsibilities, operational models, communications and governance.
   - Ability to develop, implement, and maintain the project Enablement
   Communications Plan
   - Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality and
   compliance with established project standards
   - Ability to document and communicate the progress against plans, taking
   corrective action as necessary
   - Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks related to
   project communications, escalating them as needed
   - Facilitation skills and experience
   - Innovative thinking
   - Communication management skills and experience
   - Strong negotiation skills
