Please send resume to [email protected] *Position: *Business Process & Analysis Lead *Location: * Burbank, CA - *(Local candidates)* *Desired Start Date:* ASAP *Duration: 4 + months * *Business Process & Analysis Lead - SAP Procurement, AP and Treasury Solutions* The primary role of the candidate will be: Business Process & Analysis Lead - SAP Procurement, AP and Treasury Solutions Responsibilities: - *Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Procurement, Accounts Payable and Treasury applications, processes and the related applications and technologies that support the SAP Live Site Improvements (enhancement requests) for those business processes.* *Responsible for synthesizing the SAP Procure to Pay process and the SAP Live Site Improvement application(s) solution. Collaborates with the CRM or Project Manager to provide oversight for executing functional impact analysis for new business processes and for modification of existing business processes.* Requirements: - *Undergraduate degree required. PMI Certification preferred. Graduate degree preferred but not required. SAP MM, AP, and/or SRM certifications desired but not required. APICS or Procurement certification desired but not required.** * * * - *Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in an Information Services Application Development/Support role or other related field working with business clients. Approximately 3 years in a project management role. SAP configuration management experience required. *Familiarity working in a matrix organization including internal and external (3rd party service provider) resources highly desirable. Specific understanding of key technical components required to provide functional and operational support to the business, including effort estimates and resource management required. Prior experience in defining and developing systems requirements required. Strong knowledge of Procurement, A/P, Treasury and Banking business processes; and ability to translate them into IT requirements to satisfy financial planning and reporting obligations. *Has working knowledge of PMI process groups : Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing. Ability to construction project plans, interdependent events, critical path activities. Ability to initiate and prioritize multiple threads of work efforts and deadlines. Ability to gather functional requirements, functional and technical effort estimates for solution design and realization. Ability to manage and execute SAP ERP configuration*. Must be able to effectively communicate resource needs and project issues with Application Services or project management to ensure appropriate resources are applied to project. Anticipates potential project related problems and is capable of rendering sound solutions. Knowledge of the applications and/or technology infrastructure that the project is addressing. Excellent writing and communication skills required. Ability to work successfully across organizational lines and influence outcomes. Strong analytical skills, including change impact analysis to existing solutions. Must have experience preparing presentation quality documents and executive level summaries. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work successfully across organizational lines and influence outcomes. Business process design, reengineering, and modeling.
