The resource will Work w/internal production billing/contracts team to collect requirements on business process; works with client to ensure end-to-end processes (pre-integration) are documented with destination file locations/email id's for vendor billing; works w/legal and negotiators to ensure vendors can and will support dispatch modifications; works with customer team to ensure exceptions/dispute processes are documented and developed; Matrixed team member of invoice & contracts teams to ensure business processes reflect the design of contract auditing, invoice file feeds, vendor management, and dispute/credit requirements. Manages the development of a test plan for the UI; Documents standard operating procedures for the ongoing operations. Minimum 3-5 years performing business, process, change mgmt for enterprise global customers.
