*QA Release Management Lead * *Location: Omaha, NE-based client.* *Duration:3 months* Required Skills: • Minimum 5 years of IT experience • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Remedy, SharePoint • Ability to identify and resolve conflicting priorities. • Experience working with Project Managers, Quality assurance, software developers • Strong knowledge of software life cycles, solid background in release management, and quality assurance experience preferred. • Highly organized and detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be flexible and convincing in engaging cross-functional teams and able to withstand pressure when needed • Solid problem solving and analytical skills Roles and Responsibilities: • Day to day planning and operation for all release related activities. • Ensuring effective and efficient operation in the preparation, building, testing and implementation of change related activities. • Delivery of a release in accordance with governance, business requirements and established deadlines. • Assisting in engaging Quality Assurance resources for project testing and project base-lining. • Coordinate with Release Management Integration Lead to forecast Development Effort Estimates, QA effort, including Functional, Integrated and Performance testing. • Identification and communication of project and system dependencies. • Integration with the with Release Management team to schedule releases for on-time delivery of projects. • Coordinate with project team, testing environments and Performance Engineering Group to schedule resources • Maintain Issues and Risk log as it relates to Quality Assurance and immediately inform Integration Release Lead and Management of Project concerns that impact testing and release schedules. • Monitor progress and report project status daily to Integration Release Lead. regards, Shailaja Princeton information Tel:732-734-4094 <tel:732-734-4094> Fax: 732-453-0039 Email:[email protected]<email%[email protected]> --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
