Required Skills:

•             Strong track record in completing projects and producing
results

•             Knowledge of web technologies (MS Visio, MS Project and MS
Word) and their applications is essential

•             Ability to communicate with technology teams

•             Strong project management and team leadership skills

•             Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills

•             Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•             Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of work experience; MBA a
plus

·               PMP certification,



Roles and Responsibilities:

•             Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications
documents

•             Direct and manage project development from beginning to end

•             Effectively communicate project expectations to team members
and stakeholders

•             Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

•             Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or
consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during
project cycle.

•             Set and continually manage project expectations with team
members and other stakeholders.

•             Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project
team.

•             Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

•             Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones
using appropriate tools.

•             Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements
documentation, and presentations.

•             Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify
potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

•             Ensure that all aspects of an application’s requirements meet
the needs of the end user.  Identify, classify, and design the functionality
and flow of information that comprise an effective user interface through
use cases.  Assess the impact of planned development on existing systems,
identifying risks and roadblocks.

•             Create mockups, prototypes and wireframes that conform to best
practice information architecture and user interface design.  Manage those
requirements throughout the entire product development process.

•             Maintain high-level project schedule, facilitate and manage
scope, procure necessary resources, manage change, identify users and
stakeholders, and communicate project information to release management.

•             Monitor and maintain the project after initial release,
prioritize defects, measure and support client service impact.  Measure and
track product performance metrics and schedule product enhancements.
