Position : Network Planning and Coordination Support(Cisco) Location: NJ Duration: 6+months ALL REQUIRED: Candidate must be LOCAL to Northern NJ area. Perfect communication skills is critical. Recent position(s) must be as a Technical Manager. Must also have previous hands-on experience. Previous experience writing documentation / technical writing is very important. Familiarity with Cisco 2800 Series Modular Router. Senior level (5+ years) networking experience. Strong networking skills (understanding how the router communicates on a location network). Strong WAN and VPN skills (for connection back to corporate). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. List of dates related to certifications and education (dates obtained, dates expired, etc.) DESIRED: Experience with T1 termination. Experience with Cisco web caching. CCNP/CCSP with good understanding of Cisco Routers, Firewall IOS, and VPN. Good understanding of TCP/IP and other networking protocols. ROLE: Provide architecture and network support of remote installations of Cisco 2800 Series Modular Router for remote locations. Field calls from onsite technicians for testing and when problems arise during installations.
