Skills, Onsite offshore coordination & good hands on experience on Websphere Process Server and Websphere ESB, Datapower. · Should have good understanding on using Websphere Adapters like JDBC etc, WPS, SOA & BPM, performance tuning as well. 2 developers: · Require strong hands on experience on developing / design / testing on BPEL and Mediation Flows, should have worked with Websphere Adapters and should have onsite offshore model awareness.
