Banking Products IT is looking for a Senior Java Developer with excellent
object-oriented design and user interface experience to join our Syndicated
Loan team. This specific role will primarily be working within the
Origination and Loan Admin team within Banking Products, who look after the
systems which originate these loans and also the system which administers
these loans. There may be opportunity to work on the Loan Trading system as
we have a major project in progress.
A successful candidate will be a strong object-oriented designer and a
practitioner of an agile methodology who is motivated and can work in a team
environment as well as being able to lead others. It is an exciting
opportunity to learn about the business, the latest technologies, and work
with many talented and dedicated individuals.
The candidate who fills this role will build and enhance leading edge,
business critical front office syndication and loan administration systems.
The applications employ a mix of technologies including:
- Clients: Java, Swing, JSP, Google Web ToolKit
- Application Server: Tomcat, Apache
- Messaging: Tibco EMS
- Image Parser: Adlib
- Document Management: Alfresco
- Database: Oracle
- Platforms: Windows XP, Linux
- Test Frameworks: JUnit, WebDriver, Proprietary GUI test framework, GWT
Test framework
- Continuous Integration: TeamCity
- IDE: Intellij
