The application must be .Net based and capable of supporting the activities of the counselors located across New York State. *Job Description:* CBVH has deployed an enterprise application named the Consumer Information System. (CIS). This application provides the case management support for all NYS consumers who receive services from CBVH. In addition, CIS supports all administrative functions for the 18 private agencies that CBVH contracts with. Since the initial deployment, CBVH and the private agencies have been identifying areas where CIS can be improved as well as where overarching enterprise business processes can be enhanced. CBVH is seeking to implement these improvements into the application. The project manager will ensure the thorough collection of business requirements, with CBVH, within OCFS, and across contracted private agencies and that the identified improvements can be identified, developed, deployed, and evaluated in an orderly manner; The project manager will oversee the deployment of new servers for CIS within the OFT data center and the migration of CIS to that new environment; The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the technology upgrading of CIS to Oracle 11G and the CIS code to .Net 3.51 and 64 bit. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that CIS complies with state and federal accessibility regulations; The project manager will ensure that new Federal requirements are incorporated into CIS.
