Job Description: Sr. Developer: Must Have Skills: MOSS 2007 Design and Development, Development best practices, good communication skills. Strong .NET skills and experience on design and development of enterprise class MOSS applications. Desired Skills: Workflows, Flair for MOSS architecture, Content Mgmt & Portals domain. Job Roles / Responsibilities: Closely work with the business stakeholders and IT manager to drive / participate in MOSS initiatives. Prototyping of quick solutions using MOSS and leading dev teams as necessary. Hands – on experience would be required. Architect: Must Have Skills: MOSS 2007 Architecture, Design and Development. Development best practices, good communication skills. Strong .NET skills and experience on designing architecture at the enterprise level Desired Skills: Workflows, Infrastructure planning, BDC’s Job Roles / Responsibilities: Closely work with the business stakeholders and IT manager to drive / participate in MOSS initiatives.
