Position : Project manager Location: Nashville, TN Duration: 3 Months Contract-to-Hire Job Description: Our Client is looking for a Strong Project manager.... *Required Skills : These are MUST HAVES…* The qualified candidate must have strong experience as a senior project manager for an IT department with healthcare experience and have a minimum of 10+ years in managing large software application implementation projects including conversion / migration planning. The senior project manager will be responsible for the management of a large IT project beginning with the vendor discovery phase. Looking for candidate with strong PM skills that can produce all types of project documents including project charter, scope documents, detailed budget management, status reports, etc. Must have initiative to get things done without extensive direction. Working knowledge of HIPAA and PHI regulations. Clinical Healthcare experience – understanding the workflow in a clinic setting. (not looking for a clinician) *Experience implementing EMRs in clinic setting with migration/data conversion experience. IT PM with experience implementing apps in an enterprise wide distributed clinical model. (similar to HCA or CHS but clinical instead of hospitals)* Excellent communicator - Must be polished with good presentation skills.
