* *The responsibilities of this position are to define and develop a comprehensive data model for the SAP CRM system.* *The candidate must be able to take requirements and logical models and translate them into physical mapping to data structures and tables into the CRM system.. * *Other responsibilities include : • Work closely with the business and IT teams in refining any additional business requirements. • Research and resolve any technical data mapping challenges and document possible solutions. • Identify and document any gaps discovered during the data mapping exercise. • Provide estimates for various pieces of the project. • Help coordinate data cleanup activities within several different business and IT teams. Required Skills/Experience: • Must have at least 5+ years experience in the implementation of SAP CRM solutions. • Must have worked on at least two complete CRM project implementations. • Must have knowledge of CRM table structures as they relate to o business partner o contacts o agreements o campaign management o Interaction center • Must have functional and configuration experience with those same components of CRM • Experience writing (samples would be terrific) SAP design documents based on customer requirements. Clear and concise communication skills are extremely important. • Experience developing business partner models with both direct-to-consumer and dealer network business models • Must have experience working on large projects in a multi-team environment. • Experience aligning business partner hierarchies with transactional information from ECC.
