Candidate should have strong telecom business process skills and capabilities with some knowledge of Revenue Assurance. Business process is priority and revenue assurance is secondary. Need to understand the end-to-end flow of services. Example, Order is taken and provisioned and ‘turn-up’ in the network. Ability to identify weak points and then take those weak points and drill down to determine issue or resolution. Client is Mobile Carrier *Four main domain focus areas in Revenue Assurance –* Provisioning - Priority Event Generation (Call Swell) - Priority Interconnect (knowledge that in the U.S. this is contract bound and not regulatory bound) – only expect Interconnect to be a 3 month need Roaming *Candidate’s skill sets should align with these domain areas.* Limited rating and no billing – limited mediation – hope to add this to the scope but it will take some time. *General Candidate Capability:* No project managers. Need ‘hard skills’. *Major Pain Points:* Business focus is on data service – Currently client has a 50% error rate.
