Please sent your consultant profile to [email protected] Position : Business Analyst Location: Nashville,TN Duration: 2 year contract *Required Skills: Role:* The IT Business Analyst will partner with business / user group representatives to understand processes and underlying informational and / or process automation needs, then translate those needs into formal, documented business requirements, or more likely manage existing requirements, following methodologies and processes prescribed. *Responsibilities:* •Transition the documented business requirements into an actionable document by gaining approval from the business / user group so as to facilitate the development of accurate functional specifications •Continue to elicit, document, and manage functional solution requirements and to some extent business requirements •Initiate and monitor all change requests from business so as to ensure timely and accurate dispositions •Support overall coordination between all involved parties, using project management skills and techniques •Act as primary interface and coordinate user acceptance testing and signoff – participate in testing on “as needed” basis •Interview the key business leaders and subject matter experts •Provide insights into subject matter expertise to tech resources throughout the project lifecycle •Maintain process documents throughout the project lifecycle and update based upon scope changes •Establish the traceability of requirements to be managed throughout the project / release life cycle (especially relevant for testing) *Background:* •Insurance / brokerage knowledge •Willingness to work outside normal business hours, including weekends •Willingness to travel on a limited basis •5+ years of experience within specific role •Good people and communication skills *--------------------------- Thanks & Regards, Santhosh Kumar Softensity,Inc.
