*Job Title: SAP Business Analyst Length: 6 Months Location: Plano, TX* Primary role is to design and implement BPS Planning Grids to support Trade Promotion Management related business requirements. This will require preparation of workshop materials; documenting workshop notes; identifying application requirements. - Configure application and write supporting functional enhancement design documents to meet identified requirements. Work with technical developers and BI team to ensure supporting reports, interfaces, conversions, forms and workflow are effectively built, tested and implemented. - Identify, document and conduct all unit testing, mock and system testing of mission critical scenarios; manage expected results versus actual results; track and resolve errors. - Support generation of procedural documentation regarding the business processes being implemented. This documentation will then be leveraged to create end user training manuals by functional area. - Focus areas may include: SAP Trade Promotion Management, Trade Funds Management, Trade Claims Management and Field Planning/Forecast Integration. - Support all Program Management Office requirements related to work activities (documentation & reporting) - Provide post-implementation production support. - 5+ years of SAP experience including SAP configuration using IMG, native query tools and data dictionary tools - Technical knowledge of SAP Master Data structures and relationships (i.e. SD, MM, PP, FI, etc.) - Functional knowledge of end to end business processes for Supply Chain and GTM - Experience with SAP Solution Manager and document management concepts a plus - Experience with SQL Query tools such as TOAD and ability to construct custom SQL queries against MS-SQL Server - Background in development of business data dictionaries, data modeling and database design - Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail and follow-through - Proven track record to deliver requirements working independently - Strong work ethic and reliable; able to work well virtually - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong influencing and facilitative/consulting skills in working with stakeholders in the organization and across a variety of functions (IT, process, business, data, etc.) - Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced dynamic team environment - Familiarity with One Up methodology, processes and tools a significant plus - Proficiency in using Excel is required to support responsibilities. *|Thanks and Warm Regards|* *Chandra* *Account Manager* I.T Software Solutions Inc.
