Recently BO XI 3.1 is installed in new dev / test / prod servers by BI COE team but they found that security setup completely different from the old version (BO XI R2) of Business Objects hence a person with BO XI 3.1 Admin experience or a person who did security setup multiple times in BO XI 3.1 need to involve in this requirement.
