Please send your available matching candidates on [email protected] Job Title: OMS PM Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 3 months Roles & Responsibilities: Order Management • Key integration point who works cross functionally with the eCommerce team, customer care, marketing, store operations, IT, eComm Product Mgmt. and Engineering, and many other partners to ensure operational needs are delivered for all new and existing multi-channel fulfillment enhancements • Subject Matter Expert for OMS Processes and developing team member knowledge of OMS in order to address inquiry questions from business teams. They often integrate with cross functional projects to represent Order Management and drive consistency across the enterprise Project Mgmt./Leadership • Assist in long-term strategic planning. Constantly review best in class distribution methods and reflect these in the adoption of new areas of process and performance • Partner with Management to develop strategies for International Shipping • Partner with Management to develop capital budget, as well as, manage day-to-day fulfillment cost and budget control • Forge relationships and understanding with corporate partners and implement efficient solutions to business opportunities • Identify and evaluate value added services or activities which would generate incremental revenue to the organizations bottom line Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of recent management experience in the direct to consumer catalog/ecommerce fulfillment industry • Demonstrated ability in scaling operations in a high growth environment • Experience managing off-site facilities, employees and/or third party vendors • Ability to build strong long term relationships with vendors, suppliers and team members • Strong Communication Skills • Project Management Skill - Demonstrated ability to plan and facilitate major projects Thanks.
