Duration – Long Term
1. At least 4 years of applied experience developing Genesys reports
in Interactive Insights
At least 4 years of applied experience working with Genesys Info Mart
At least 2 years of applied experience working with the Genesys 8
Framework ·At least 3 years working with Genesys routing strategies and
IVR call flow
Experience with CC Pulse +, Genesys Advisor and Genesys
Administrator for real-time reporting
