Work with senior staff (technical and business) and subject matter experts to document current IAM security requirements and architectures, research best practices, conduct trend analysis, and identify gaps in developing future-state IAM architectures. Develop technical standards for the corporation and provide subject matter expert level advisory services regarding commercially accepted `best practices' for IAM. Provide security architecture solutions for the business units and IT organizations Subject Matter Expertise in the following technologies from leading IAM vendors preferably Oracle IAM:Identity federation and Single Sign On (SSO), and Web Access Management (WAM) solutions Provisioning and user management Role and entitlement management Access certification and compliance management Directory services including X.509, Meta and Virtual directory technologies Participation in industry forums and standards bodies to keep apprised of and influence in emerging IAM standards. Experience developing and executing proof-of-concepts based on IAM requirements Experience performing IAM vendor analysis/product selection including vendor solicitations using RFI/RFP process Experience leading IAM project and programs in enterprise environments with overall technical and management responsibility of end-to-end solutions Strong hands-on implementation experience in the design and implementation of Oracle Identity & Access Management suite 11gR2. 5-8 years exclusive Identity Management Experience (Oracle 10g/11g IAM). 10-12 years technical development experience with a significant time spent on solution architecture and integration architecture side.
