*Job Title:*Workday Consultant
*Location:* Atlanta, GA
*Duration:* 3-6 months
*Job Responsibilities:*
· Deep experience using Workday Core HCM, Business Processes,
Compensation, Absence, Talent, Employee and Manager Self-Service, Security,
Integrations, Report Writer.
· Assist users in writing and troubleshooting complex reports using
Workday.
· Maintain system configuration such as Business Processes and
System Organizations.
· Assist with the testing and implementation of upgrades as
released by SaaS vendors.
· Demonstrated project management skills.
· Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and
objectives.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Required Skills:*
· 7 + years in with systems experience –with detailed experience
with Workday required.
· Experience providing design specifications with design
frameworks, patterns, and tools used in the creation of designs or any
experience implementing or executing business applications.
· Evaluate, analyze, design, and maintain company Workday Saas
Model and all relevant integrated systems.
· Make recommendations to improve the functionality and
effectiveness of all HR systems.
· Extensive experience with core software applications, including
finance, accounting, HR, Professional services, etc
