At your direction, CSP will provide functional and technical assistance with Oracle 11g databases running on Exadata x3-2 and your Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c (OEM) environments as follows: A. Modification of current Backup and Recovery architecture and processes by: A.1. Assisting with reconfiguring backups from the DBFS (Database File system) to the RECO (Recovery) disk group or ZFS storage appliance if it is ready for use. B. Exadata administration support during the holiday season by: B.1. Assisting with resolution of issues which may come up during production B.2. Off hour support will be handled through Oracle support C. Modifications to your existing Exadata X3-2 system as per the recommendations provided in your recent Exadata assessment to improve system stability and performance as time permits D.
