This position reports to the IT Project Manager and works collaboratively with the ICD-10 Operations Project Manager · Effectively establishes and maintains working relationships at all levels. · Excellent analytical and planning skills. · Attention to detail. · Excellent communication and customer service skills. · Demonstrated flexibility and diplomacy. · Healthcare industry experience preferred. · Project management experience helpful but not required. · Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
