*Please send resume to [email protected]* Sr. Software Engineer - .NET/SQL BIZTALK A HUGE PLUS! *Contract to hire* Location: North Phoenix, AZ We need US Citizens, Green Card Position Summary: Partner with other functional departments to design, develop, and support web content, including internet and intranet sites, applications, and databases. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: -Analyze, develop, test, implement, and document web development projects based upon functional and design specifications. -Apply knowledge of Microsoft .Net, SQL Server and XML to produce secure, efficient, portable and easily-adaptable web applications. -Ongoing support and maintenance of all applications in use. -Provide technical expertise related to Internet and Intranet technologies and opportunities. -Work with team members to develop technical requirements and validate functional requirements for building and buying new IT solutions. -Work with team members on applications ranging in scale, other duties as assigned. -Coordinate tasks and participate in the completion of projects to ensure objectives are met in accordance with prescribed priorities and time limitations. -Analyze and develop new web tools for use by staff, internal, and external clients. -Present reports to the education and development and executive teams as required. Education / Experience -3+ years experience with Microsoft .Net Technologies including C# and ASP.Net -Bachelor’s degree in related field recommended. -4+ years experience in the field of web design, development and technologies. -Experience interviewing Subject Matter Experts to create and verify content. Organization / Communication Skills -Seek out and participate in continuous learning and professional development to support job requirements. -Ability to work on a development team and report to team leaders. -Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. -Ability to review, analyze, and take action on specific internal and external customer feedback -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential. -Ability to maintain professional image and work environment. -Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and follow through on work. -Ability to use interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written, including public speaking, and small group communication. -Ability to work in and lead virtual teams across geographic regions -Thorough follow through and attention to details.
