The beneficiary will create the needed AT/DR documentation, *Tasks and Activities:* Create Application Disaster Recovery Procedures (ADRP) for all applications migrating to new data centers. The ADRP documents the recovery procedures needed to recover from a DR event. Create Maintenance Procedures for all applications migrating to new data centers. This is a diagram that illustrates how the application will use DR recovery processes to take components out of service for maintenance without disrupting services. This diagram is embedded in the ADRP. Create AT/DR Runbook. This spreadsheet is basically a test plan that provides step by step instructions for executing the AT/DR exercise, including local HA and site to site recovery. Review solution blueprints, technical architectural requirements, Business Impact Assessments and other system documentation gather detailed data about the application’s infrastructure and to determine the application’s failover strategy. Meet with various SMEs (e.g. application SME, DBA, etc.) to gather data on recovery processes for the AT/DR documentation. Coordinate with the Test Lead and DR SME to review and gain approval for the documentation – e.g. verify documentation meets PG&E standards and satisfies the Recovery Time Objective / Recovery Point Objective (RTO/RPO) for the application. Work with the Test Lead to coordinate and oversee execution of the DR Exercise. Create post-exercise report to document results of the DR Exercise.
