Responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to
evaluate issues that support pharmacy operational business decisions. Lead,
coordinate and report status of multiple projects for senior management.
Lead data validation of audits of CMS reporting. Research, analyze,
identify, and evaluate data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and
potential trends and issues using SAS software. Assist in the development
and implementation of drug utilization/drug use management and review
programs, medication therapy management and with emphasis on CMS Star
Ratings. Develop, implement and maintain reporting on clinical analysis.
Support vendor management frame work for PBM. Assist in CMS and internal
audits and maintain required documentation. Design and develop Compliance
Framework and oversight/monitoring database. Assist in extracting requited
data to develop executive leadership dashboard. Assist in the management
and monitoring of multiple projects simultaneously by establishing project
plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *

   - Responsible for coding SAS programs to validate CMS reports from PBM..
   - Involved in testing of applications, data and reports.
   - Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs
   and thorough understanding of business processes.
   - Works with internal business groups on process improvement projects
   designed to improve business results.
   - With general guidance and coaching, gathers and analyzes information
   and provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a
   specific business group.
   - Experience creating test plans, test cases, test strategy documents,
   etc.

*Top Three Skills/Experience*
1.Programming using SAS/BASE, SAS/ODS, SAS/MACRO, SAS/STAT and SAS/GRAPH (5
Years)
2.Microsoft ACCESS Data base, design forms (3 Years)
3.SQL programming, SQL server (5 years)

*Required Skills/Experience*

   - Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related experience preferred
   - Strong knowledge and use of SAS software version 9.3 and SAS
   analytical tools is a must
   - Strong communication skills are required to understand, interpret, and
   communicate ideas
   - Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access Database
   - Knowledge of pharmacy claim processing and Medicare guidance related
   to Part D products
   - Knowledge of Client claim processing system


* Educational Requirements*

   - Bachelor's Degree in related field
