Job Description Outline the day to day responsibilities of the position: Senior BI/Data Warehouse Analyst / Developer - * Full functional knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, development, and design * Development of ETL solutions for legacy and new development * Provides technical expertise to the development and implementation of solutions using basic dimensional modeling techniques. Make recommendations for improvements in these areas, if necessary. * Provides technical support for existing Data Warehouse ETL processes. * Trouble-shoots application software/hardware problems as they apply to design, implementation, or installation activities. * Participates in on-call, overnight off-hour production problem resolution activities. * Monitors current DW applications and develops procedures, where necessary, to improve the DW environment as required. * Identifies and supports quality improvement initiatives. * Performs other assignments to comply with the IS&T corporate purpose and mission to add business value, increase revenue, decrease costs, improve productivity, and support the strategic initiative/directive.
