The successful candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and use disciplined best practices to ensure a high-quality and well-designed reporting environment. The candidate must have excellent working knowledge of the *MicroStrategy (and preferably Informatica)* products running over TB+ size databases. Responsibilities: Participate in the implementation effort (developing, testing and debugging) of various DW Agile projects. Collaborate with business owners, architects and other BI engineers to ensure the creation of production-quality designs and implementations . Develop, test, and deploy within established build schedules and processes (code review, source control, unit testing, test case analysis, defect management). Supporting current data warehouse loading process. Perform performance related troubleshooting and solution implementation. Perform ad-hoc analysis required for end-users. Qualifications: 3-5 years' experience in administering and maintaining the *MicroStrategy suite (version 9.3.1 and above)*. *Strong SQL experience is required. Expert level with MicroStrategy design, development and deployment* . Ability in creating reports, dashboards, scorecards, prompts, hierarchies, transformations and other MicroStrategy objects . *Experience with Narrowcast/distribution services is required*. Experience in partnering with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and then translate requirements in BI reporting area either recommending an existing solution or developing a new solution. Hands-on experience in *MicroStrategy Mobile is preferred*. Knowledge or experience in *ETL process using tools like Informatica, or Talend is preferred* . Candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, in order to work effectively in the team and with other Hotwire teams. Attention to details. Work Experience and Education Guidelines: 5+ years total DW/BI experience. 3+ years MicroStrategy development and modeling, administration experience with Bachelors degree.
