*Please share the profile at [email protected] <[email protected]>* Position: CA SiteMinder and Support Location: Torrance (CA) Duration: 8 Months *· Skill:* CA SiteMinder and Support *· Duration of Hiring:* 8 Months (extension possible) *· Qualification:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience *· Work Location:* Torrance (CA) *· Years of Experience: * o Min 4 years of information technology (IT) experience with Min 2 years of experience with following skillset *· Job Description: * o CA SiteMinder and Support o Strong knowledge of LDAP (eDirectory is a plus) o Experience in working on Unix / Linux / Solaris platforms with basic scripting skills o Experience in configuring SiteMinder (Authentication, SSO) and patches o Experience in troubleshooting issues in CA SiteMinder o Knowledge of federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, WS-Security o Experience in standard operating procedures to perform IAM pre and post production support activities o Reviewing changes in the production environments and coordinating with key stakeholders from IT, business operation teams and/or third party Vendors o Should have comprehensive knowledge of concepts of Incident, Change & Problem Management and experience of working on ticketing tools o Experience in troubleshooting and documenting issues, gaps, and resolutions o Understanding of service level agreements and prioritization of Incidents/enhancements o Should have a high level understanding of Security Solutions/Security Operational environments (tools and processes) o Exposure to ITIL standards o Direct client experience, including working with client teams in on-site and remote capacities o Experience in working with offshore teams o Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills o Strong written and oral communication skills o Ability to multi-task & drive multiple priorities to completion o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Ability to provide on-call support or flexibility to work in different timing for production change implementations *Thanks and Regards* *Arvind Nagar* *Email- [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Direct-408-457-9381 Ext-4008 !!
