*Job Description*

*EXPERIENCE*:
• Demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems
• Demonstrated experience with the HMS or other clinic management and/or
electronic health record software.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile software development, project
management and testing practices
• 5 or more years of Demonstrated experience with the development of web
based applications utilizing Intersystems Cache, .Net, Java
• 5 or more years demonstrated experience with the development of web based
applications.
• 5 or more years demonstrated experience with object-oriented techniques.
• 5 or more years of demonstrated experience using SQL, HTML, CSS,
Javascript and Jquery,
• 5 or more years demonstrated experience with formal software testing.
• 5 or more years demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and
troubleshooting.



*SERVICE TASKS*:
• The following tasks are for applications based on Intersystems Cache,
Cache CSP, HTML, Javascript, Jquery, Json, Ajax, and ASP.Net.
• The tasks to be performed by the Contractor staff include the following:
• Create system designs, applying good system analysis and design
practices, daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the
Department, for system feature enhancements/additions and bug fixes, to
then be applied as application code.
• Modify and create application code and database code, applying good
system development practices, daily as work tickets are assigned by the
Department.
• Troubleshoot and determine resolutions to system issues and bugs
identified by the HMS Support group and the Applications Management team,
daily as work tickets are assigned by the Department.
• Provide work estimates, communication and updates for Release Planning,
Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum, daily in the time indicated on the work
tickets assigned by the Department to implement system feature
enhancements/additions and bug fixes.
• Document application modifications and additions daily in the time
indicated on the ticket as coding tasks are assigned by the Department, and
store in a documentation repository.



*DELIVERABLES*:
• The following are for applications based on Intersystems Cache, Cache
CSP, HTML, Javascript, Jquery, Json, Ajax, and ASP.Net.
• The Contractor shall provide the following deliverables daily as work is
completed.
• Documented designs for system enhancements, additions, and bug fixes for
the work tickets as specified in Service Task 1.
• New and modified application code, tested and ready for User Acceptance
Testing, for the work tickets as specified in Service Task 2.
• Documented recommended resolutions to system issues and bugs, based on
troubleshooting efforts, for work tickets as specified in Service Task 3.
• Documented managerially requested activities, reports, analytical
research and communication for work tickets specified in Service Task 4.
• System documentation reflecting modifications and additions made to
application code for the work tickets as specified in Service Task 5.
