Work Location : Ameerpet, Hyderabad Shift Timings : Night Shift Timings : 7.30 PM IST - 4.30 AM IST Job Description: - Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients. - Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. - Sourcing from Job Portals , References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc. Making job postings on the Job Portal. - Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into an interview and placement. - Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
