*Essential Functions:*
- Work with business stakeholders to understand, refine, and document
key requirements.
- Identify and document business processes and use cases.
- Perform gap, impact, and risk analysis.
- Work with end users to understand system needs and issues; identify
opportunities for improvement.
- Support on-going product maintenance, including production support and
cross-team communication.
- Assist in defining, coordinating, and executing test conditions and
acceptance tests.
- Assist project managers in enforcement of project deadlines and
schedules.
- Develop internal and external meeting objectives and agendas and
facilitate meetings.
- Attend all project planning priority meetings and provide timely
communications to product owner and other project stakeholders.
- Work closely with other BAs, project manager, product owner, &
stakeholders on project priorities.
- Propose solutions to problems and consider timeliness, effectiveness,
and practicality in addressing client needs.
- Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practices.
- Research new products and participate in the new product development
process.
*Desired Skills and Experience*
*Education and Experience:*
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum 3 years business analysis experience, prefer at least 1 year
in Financial Services
- Understands Internet and web-based technologies as well client/server
architectures
- Possesses excellent understanding of internet consumer products and/or
personal lending markets
- Understands how various issues affect each other and the outcome of
projects
- Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent,
grammatically correct, effective, professional, and engaging
- Preferred experience working in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Fluent with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiar
with MS Project, Visio, and SQL
