*Duration: 9 Months* *Job Description:* Assist Functional and Technical Teams at DFI in understanding how the STAR system will function and what the impact of key decisions will be for DWD operations. Review DOA requests for configuration decisions and make recommendations for DWD's best options. Help DWD staff identify processes and system requirements for desired business outcomes. Help DWD staff identify candidate solutions using a mix of new business processes using the STAR system and processes that use both DWD systems and the STAR system. Provide feasibility, cost benefit, and impact on operations analyses as needed throughout the engagement.
