*Subject:* *SAP HR Canadian Benefits Specialist* Location: Houston Length: 1 Year Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of SAP HCM module experience - Extensive hands on system configuration experience with the SAP HCM module (Primarily BN, but working knowledge of OM/PA and PY are required as well) - Must have 2 full cycle of SAP implementations including: Gathering Requirements, Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support - Design and development of interfaces and conversion programs to/from existing legacy systems and 3rd party vendors - ESS and MSS experience is a huge plus - Ability to provide general technical support to the client - Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts and presentations - Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies - Strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing SAP functions associated with HR operations, which includes expertise primarily within the Benefits (plans and deductions, enrollment, system interfaces, reporting/analysis, etc..) area - Deep understanding of HCM and SAP best practices and the ability to advise clients on these practices is a key - Strong ability to understand clients' HR business processes and create solutions addressing the current and future needs of the organization -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
