BE/B-Tech/MCA with at least 3-5 years of overall IT experience. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional BA in Oracle EBS R11 3. Implementation and support experience with in-depth functional understanding of Oracle EBS R11 product. 4. Extensive experience with analysis, documentation and implementation of software. 5. Excellent communication skills, people skills, analytical and problem solving skills, previous onsite experience mandatory. 6. Preferably having knowledge of payment processing industry with emphasis on Billing, Pricing, Payment processing etc 7. Preferably 3 years of experience working as an Analyst Lead in BFSI projects for major financial companies 8. Persons with prior EBS experience in major US based financial companies preferred Primary Duties: 1. Overall ownership and responsibility for successful execution of the project that includes providing business know-how, mentorship and training to team members 2. Project planning, effort estimation, following Vantiv and SLK processes, creation and review of project artifacts 3. Work with clients directly to gather requirements, act as a liaison between offshore and onsite teams, involve in functional aspects with ability to interact with clients/end users. Skills: 1.
