This QA testing tool is an industry standard and the go forward automated testing appliance for CICCT QA. Executes and reports on the day to day progress, planning, issue resolution and communication of the project. This position will be responsible for the migration to the new testing tool for the Community Bank, Internet & Contact Center Technologies Quality Assurance group. The resource should have experience with applications and infrastructures on a variety of operating systems, such as Windows Server, Unix and Linux as well as strong project management experience. The ideal candidate will have had experience with supporting HP products as well as SOA Testing products and leading testing tool migration efforts. In this role the candidate will be focused on migrating from the current testing tool (Green Hat Integra) and the supporting infrastructure, to the new Green Hat Tester Testing tool while working remotely with other team members associated with the project. *Primary Role Deliverables : * Create/Maintains project plans, communication plans, and migration paths. Write/maintain supporting documentation. Reporting status to management. Implementation of the migration plan. Training over the user base Takes ownership of issues and drives to resolution. Multi-task between current issues, ongoing project administration and interfacing with product support teams. May coordinate the ongoing maintenance and upgrades of testing tools and supporting infrastructure. Additional responsibilities as directed by either the CICCT Tools Lead or Management *Required* 2 years of web service testing or development experience 2 year of lead level or project management experience Experience leading migration efforts Experience interfacing with remote/offshore teams Experience coordinating training Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/work experience. Experience in creating standard operating procedures and support documentation. 3 years experience with HP Quality Center. Excellent oral and written communication with ability to effectively work with onsite and remote teams. Strong independent worker and an excellent team player. Demonstrated problem analysis and problem solving skills in a technical environment.
